Since 1989
In 1989, the first Australian Homemade Ice Cream store opened its doors in Knokke.

The dough for our waffles is handmade in Brussels. With heart and soul, out of love for the product and with entirely natural ingredients. The dough rises patiently in our stores. Delicious, fresh waffles, in other words. All you have to do is choose your topping. Feel free to go wild and indulge in your guilty pleasure!

From our ice cream creations to waffles, toppings, and cones, we select and process every ingredient with the utmost care.
Our ice cream is artisanal prepared in the Kempen region, with milk and butter from Belgium or the Netherlands, free-range eggs, and Tienen sugar. This makes our ice cream not only deliciously local, but also fresh and completely natural.
In our stores, you’ll also find sorbet, as well as lactose-free and sugar-free ice cream. Our sorbets are made exclusively with 100% pure fruit pulp and sugar, which makes them completely vegan.
Craving a milkshake? So are we! We use fresh milk, two scoops of ice cream of your choice, and blend it into the perfect refreshment.
