The Personal Data you provide to us or that we collect about you is not sold or otherwise disclosed by Australian Home Made Ice Cream except as specified hereafter or if you have given your explicit prior consent.

- with affiliated companies and/or franchisees established in the EEA for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;

The personal data collected includes your name, first name, date of birth, address, email address and telephone number, nationality, means of transport, education, languages, work experience, type of work you wish to do, as well as all information generally found on a CV or other information that you voluntarily wish to share with AHMIC and its franchisees (where applicable) for the sole purpose of managing, evaluating, classifying, selecting and possibly recruiting candidates.
Your Personal Data is processed to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6, 1., b) GDPR).
For the purposes mentioned above or when legally required, AHMIC may make your Personal Data available to other entities of the AHMIC group, their franchisees as well as to third parties, as described in point 3 above.
Please note that, depending on the position for which you are applying (for example a position in another jurisdiction or at a specific franchisee), other relevant entities of the AHMIC group or their franchisees may also have access to your Personal Data and may process this data for purposes they determine in their capacity as data controllers.
Your Personal Data relating to a specific application and selection procedure in which you have participated may be retained for a period of 5 years after the end of the selection procedure, unless applicable legislation provides for shorter periods.

In its capacity as data controller, AHMIC collects, processes and stores the Personal Data that you provide to us when you submit your application on this Website to become a Franchisee of “Australian Home Made Ice Cream”, in particular when you fill out our online application form, including your name, first name, date of birth, address and telephone number, as well as all other information that you voluntarily wish to share with AHMIC for the sole purpose of managing, evaluating, classifying and selecting candidate franchisees and with a view to the possible conclusion of a franchise agreement with AHMIC.
AHMIC collects and processes your Personal Data to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6, 1., b) GDPR).
For the purposes mentioned above and when legally required, AHMIC may make your Personal Data available to other entities of the AHMIC group, as well as to third parties, as described in point 3 above.
